Ella Langley Gives Update After Health-Related Career Pause: "Thank Y'All for Allowing Me This Time"

Everybody needs a break occasionally. That holds true no matter what your profession is. If you are a phenomenal, super-busy country star like Ella Langley, it's equally imperative to reset and recharge. She did just that recently. Langley, 26, took time off from her sizzling career to just unwind and regroup. I admire her for prioritizing her health and well-being, both of which she understandably values highly.

Langley authored a post thanking people for their support and patience, and expressing her profound gratitude. She's seemingly ready to be back in the spotlight!

She Thanked Her Family, Fans, and Friends

Per Country Now via Instagram, Langley penned this sincere message. "Couldn't be anymore grateful to have had some time to slow down and see all of the amazing things happening in my life. Also, I have the best family and friends a girl could ask for. Truly. Thank yall for allowing me this time too and all of the messages that were sent in love and support. Time to get back to it"

There was also a selection of casual snaps. They depict the "You Look Like You Love Me" singer reveling in fun pastimes like cooking and Bible reading. All wonderfully restorative activities!

Langley's Tone a Few Weeks Back Was Somber

Nearly one month ago, Langley informed the public that she was canceling some of her August concerts to concentrate on her health. She reluctantly took a step back from the stage.

The country music star candidly wrote, "I'm so sad to be posting this. The past several weeks have been tough. I've been fighting sickness and feeling more run down than ever. After a lot of thought, I've made the hard decision to take a couple weeks off to rest and focus on my health - Mind, body and heart. I want to be fully present for all the moments ahead, and I know I can't do that without first taking care of myself."

She went on, "Sometimes we have to listen when our bodies and hearts are telling us to slow down. I'm so grateful for your understanding and your love - It truly means the world to me." Langley concluded the meaningful post with a line from Matthew 11:28 - "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

She Plans to Be on the Road

Langley is jumping right back into performing. She will be in Illinois on September 7, then with Morgan Wallen in Canada, followed by her own headlining shows in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
