As he recalls his heroics, Ella Langley was sat there with a proper medical set-up. She has his hand resting on a paper towel, and wields small clippers she uses to cut off the flayed skin around the blister. Langley clearly has some sort of first aid knowledge.
Honestly? This video shows that the country couple have become firm friends. Although it's none of our business what happens behind closed doors, it's nice to see them simply getting along so well.
