How To Make Fireball Fudge
Fireball cinnamon whiskey is good on its own, but I personally love adding it to baked goods (especially chocolate fudge) to add a spicy cinnamon kick. It adds a depth of flavor to any dish that a normal sprinkle of cinnamon can't compete against. Maybe I'm biased, it might just be the alcohol talking.
Even if you've taken 2-3 shots of the stuff before diving into your baking, this easy Fireball fudge only requires a few ingredients and a few minutes (almost zero prep time!), making this one of those no-bake recipes you can whip up on a midnight whim.
This easy Fireball fudge recipe includes white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk (please, oh please do not get evaporated milk), unsalted butter, pure vanilla extract, and about 1/4 cup Fireball whiskey. You'll also need red food coloring to decorate. Depending on the time of year you can substitute the color. Use orange food coloring if you are preparing this in the Fall.
I used Ghirardelli white chocolate the last time I made this, just make sure to buy a lot of bars! you'll need 6 chocolate bars to make a full recipe.
