Garth Brooks' Incredible Gift Brings a Young Fan to Tears

A young fan got the surprise of his life during a Garth Brooks concert in Billings, Mont., over the weekend. 24-year-old Jeremy Larson snagged tickets to every show during Brooks' trip to Rimrock Auto Arena in Billings. During the show on June 10, Larson brought along a sign that caught the country superstar's attention. On it, Larson had written that he had waited 24 years to see him and pasted a photo of him playing a Takamine acoustic guitar. And that just so happens to be the same type of guitar that Garth himself uses.

"That's a Takamine, but it's not one of these," Brooks said before doing something that brought Larson to tears.

After handing off his guitar to Larson, he took a moment to show his appreciation for the budding musician's lifelong support. "Thank you for making me feel like somebody," he said sincerely, as tears streamed down Larson's face.

Brooks has made a habit of handing off guitars to fans during each night of his current world tour. Although he may see it as just another way of showing how much he cares about his fans, it's a gesture that Larson will surely never forget.
