Victoria Goodwin, wife of Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin has been arrested and accused of plotting to kill Aaron by hiring a hitman. She was charged last week with solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to murder. Allegedly, Victoria had been in contact with an inmate at a Florida prison since October 2024. The hitman, reportedly, was supposed to provide the hitman who, thankfully, never pulled the job.

According to TMZ, Victoria Goodwin had been texting with an inmate from an unspecified Florida prison since October. She expressed being unhappy with her and wanted a way out, according to an arrest report obtained by the outlet. "Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce," one text message sent by Victoria reads.
Police then said that Victoria sent over her husband's location to the inmate. At the time, Aaron Goodwin was filing Ghost Adventures in California. Allegedly, Victoria had set aside $11,515 to pay the hitman. The inmate also communicated with an unidentified individual at the time, as per police.
"He's asleep right now in the hotel room ... I need to know what's going on. Can I get an update. Was it done?" the inmate allegedly texted the individual.
Other alleged messages, according to police, specify a $2,500 down payment for the murder-for-hire plot. It is unclear what happened with the hitman as Aaron Goodwin is pretty much alive.
Allegations Denied
Last week, as per TMZ, Victoria Goodwin was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to murder. When questioned by police, Victoria denied wanting to kill her husband. The outlet reports that Victoria said that she was "daydreaming" and "fantasizing" about not being with her husband. Reportedly, she told police the couple had marital problems. However, she has denied wanting Aaron dead at all.
Regarding the text messages, Victoria allegedly stated that she didn't remember sending them. When confronted with the messages, Victoria claims that she thought the money was set aside for cell phones, as per police.
The paranormal investigator, when finding out the alleged murder-for-hire plot against him, has been left devastated. Aaron Goodwin, as per TMZ, thought he had a happy marriage with Victoria.
According to the New York Post, Victoria Goodwin was arrested on March 6. She is currently being held on $100,000 bail. Her initial court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
