Simon Fisher-Becker, the actor known for his roles in Harry Potter and Doctor Who has sadly passed away at the age of 63. While the cause of his death is unknown, his family and fans all over the internet are mourning his death.

Facebook page, his husband Tony shared the sad news with all of Simon's friends."Hello everyone. This is Tony, Simon's husband. I have some very sad news. At 2:50 this afternoon Simon passed away," Tony wrote. "I'll be keeping this account open for a while. I'm not sure at this point if I'll be posting again. Thank you."
Devastated, Fisher-Becker's agent, Kim Barry, shared a statement with several outlets, including Metro and the Daily Mail, addressing the death of his client and "close personal friend," Simon Fisher-Becker.
"Today I lost not only a client in Simon Fisher-Becker, but a close personal friend of 15 years standing," the statement reads. "I shall never forget the phone call I made to him when he was offered the part of Dorium Moldovar in BBC's Dr Who."
"Simon was also a writer, a raconteur and a great public speaker," Barry added. "He helped me out enormously and was kind, gracious and interested in everyone. My condolences go to his husband Tony, his brother, nieces and nephews and his legion of fans."

Born on November 25, 1961, in London, Simon Fisher-Becker went on to have a three-decade-long career, portraying several memorable roles. Among them include The Fat Friar, the Hufflepuff House ghost in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, and Dorium Maldovar, the blue-skinned Crespallion black marketeer in Doctor Who.
