The woman made famous by referencing her sexual techniques in a live interview has been blocked on social media amid a crypto scam scandal.

Haliey Welch, also known as the Hawk Tuah girl, used her fame to start up a cryptocurrency back in 2024. Thousands of people invested, with some being stupid enough to invest life savings. Unsurprisingly, the $HAWK token was a rug pull, and investors lost everything.
Since then, Haliey Welch has been banned on X, with her profile displaying nothing but a blank account. Why she has been banned is unclear, though. So far, she has not been found to have been involved in the crypto scam.

If you're stupid enough to invest your life savings into a coin named after anything Haley Welch is involved in, you don't deserve the money in the first place.
When the coin first hit the market, it rocketed up to around $450 million. But, as it reached its peak, a rug pull happened. This is a common occurrence in scam coins. It happens when the 'Whales,' or the main investors, sell all their coins at once.
The main holders of the coin are invariably the owners. It poleaxes the price and leaves the rest of the investors with a worthless coin. There have been many examples of this in the past, often linked to celebrities. The two Paul brothers are wrapped up in numerous lawsuits for just these reasons. But people just don't learn.
Hawk Tuah girl was investigated for her involvement in the crypto scam but found to be innocent. "The SEC closed the investigation without making any findings against, or seeking any monetary sanctions from, Haliey," her lawyer said. Having listened to her podcast, I am surprised she's even capable of dressing herself in the morning. I would be shocked to hear that she knows how to orchestrate a crypto scam.
Regardless of her innocence, the Hawk Tuah girl has still been blocked from her X social media. The reasons aren't clear. Personally, I think it is a blessing. She has little to offer the public beyond her crass initial interview answer. The less mediocrity is celebrated, the better.
