This Blockbuster Show Continues a More Than Half-Century-Old Tradition

Despite ever-changing trends in music and pop culture over the years, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve has endured and flourished. The 2026 edition of this music showcase promises to be the best yet. The live gala gets going today, December 31, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. ET/7:00 CT on ABC. You can see it the next day on Hulu.

Per a release, there will be 42 hitmaking performers in places such as Puerto Rico, New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas.

Who Will Be Hosting the Event?

Ryan Seacrest and Rita Ora will helm the excitement from New York's historic Times Square. In Chicago, the emcee is Chance the Rapper. The Las Vegas hosts are Rob Gronkowski and Julianne Hough. Roselyn Sanchez is the Puerto Rico location host.

What You Can Expect From 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve'

The legendary Diana Ross will perform in Times Square. Other performers from that Big Apple venue will include Little Big Town, Ciara, LE SSERAFIM, and Maren Morris (sponsored by Carnival Cruise Line).

The West Coast lineup is equally stellar. Watch for Charlie Puth, Rick Springfield, New Kids on the Block, Mariah Carey, Jordan Davis, Goo Goo Dolls, Demi Lovato, Tucker Wetmore, Jessie Murph, and many more.

Chance the Rapper is co-hosting from Chicago. He'll perform with Jamila Woods. Post Malone will be in Nashville, and Chappell Roan will be in Kansas City.
