There was a time where Taylor Swift's relationships existed as something of a running joke. People would make memes in jest about how many high profile dates she would go on and how it would oftentimes burn out quickly. Taylor even made a joke out of it when she cemented herself as 'the problem' on her song "Anti-Hero." However, now that she's with Travis Kelce, it seems like they might have the real thing here. It seems like his brother sees the same thing as well.

Recently, Jason Kelce appeared on The Steam Room podcast with NBA on TNT hosts Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley. There, he responds to questions about his brother Travis' relationship with Taylor Swift. Particularly, he notes his first reaction to the news. "I remember just being like, 'Are you kidding me? Like you're going you're hanging out with Taylor Swift. Like, that's insane. That's awesome for you,'" Jason says.

Additionally, Kelce explains how it didn't feel like your typical relationship. Rather, he knew pretty immediately that what they had didn't seem flippant or flimsy. "I think this felt different," Jason emphasizes. "What also felt different is just the way he talks about her and talked about her from the moment he was with her. You could tell how much he really, really liked her, right from the get-go. I think that the level early on in that was something that was very eye opening to me when we first had discussions."
It's more than evident that Travis Kelce feels especially protective of Taylor if reports are anything to go by. Apparently, during the Chiefs/Eagles Super Bowl, he felt particularly frustrated by the crowd jeering when she appeared on the jumbotron. "Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed, and he felt helpless. Seeing the look on her face got to him," sources from the Daily Mail say. "He always protects her, and it broke his heart. He was already having a tough night, and the fact that the stadium was predominantly Eagles fans didn't help."
