Kai Trump has gone through the court process in order to action a restraining order against her alleged stalker. According to the Daily Mail, the 19-year-old first filed the petition in the Palm Beach County Court in April of this year.
The man she filed the order against is 26-year-old Gabriel Garza Jr. Trump described him as "homeless" and "living in his car". According to her, he lives around the areas of Jupiter and Palm Beach County.
When she filed the order, she was given a temporary restraining order while proceedings were taking place. But that's now been extended to May 2027 after a hearing on May 14.
Garza Jr. is barred from: "stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death." He is also barred from going within 500 feet of Kai's home or place of work and education.
With Kai recently announcing that she is studying at the University of Miami, that is also on the list too.

Kai Trump Previously Had to Deal With Another Stalker
But, unfortunately, this isn't the first time that Kai Trump has had to deal with a stalker. She previously had to file proceedings against 23-year-old Anthony Thomas Reyes back in 2025.
And he allegedly did some pretty disturbing stuff, according to the Daily Mail. He was found after sacling the walls of President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort and offering an "indecent proposal" to marry Kai.
He also apparently was aiming to "spread the gospel" to her. But, luckily for Kai, she was vacationing in the Bahamas at the time of the shocking incident.
And, according to the Secret Service, this wasn't Reyes' first time trying to get into the luxury resort. He got a warning for trespassing on New Year's Day in 2024.
This Comes After Kai Trump's Mom Was Diagnosed with Cancer
And Kai Trump must be having a pretty emotional few months. That's because Vanessa Trump, her mom, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
As we reported on recently, the two of them were spotted in Vanessa's first public appearance since she announced the diagnosis.
We hope that Kai (and her mom!) are doing okay.
