Kane Brown Completes 60 Hour Fast As He Amps Up Focusing On His Health

Kane Brown just did something really extreme, as he focuses even more on his health. The father of three reveals on his Instagram Story that he completed a 60-hour fast, hoping to be in the best possible shape.

"I just did a 60 hour fast," Brown writes. "First meal, chicken and broccoli. Notice I did not touch the barbecue sauce. Put a little pepper on there. Felt like my throat was about to close up for some reason. I don't know. Maybe I'm in my head. But, I'm about to be a lean, mean, ripped machine. Let's get it."

Brown captioned the photo by saying "First meal [in] a little over 60 hours. Let's get lean."

Brown is going to have to focus on his health while on the road. Brown is currently headlining his The High Road Tour, joined by Scotty McCreery, Ashley Cooke, Mitchell Tenpenny and Dasha.

Kane Brown's The High Road Tour

Brown's current tour is in support of his latest album, The High Road. A veteran at performing, Brown is letting his new record dictate how his concerts go, night after night.

"With this album, it's the most I've ever changed my show up of bringing in new songs off the album," Brown hints to Audacy. "We're going to go through a rollercoaster stage of hype songs. And then we're going to do this really cool thing where we do a campfire, and I talk about the songs, and I get really personal and close, which is what I used to do at the very beginning when I started out ... We're gonna bring some tears to the show."

Brown is very intentional about making it feel like home on the road, including the one thing he has to have. The Georgia native reveals he needs an Xbox wherever he performs. He also has his own beer pong table, along with beer, plus a bar, shoes, and clothing, including tank tops he signs and throws out into the audience). He also has his own barbecue sauce, although that might be off-limits while he is on his new eating plan.

Brown already has two No. 1 singles from The High Road, both "I Can Feel It" and "Miles On It," the latter a collaboration with Marshmello. He is back in the Top 15 with his current single, "Backseat Driver."
