As the daughter of two famous parents, Sunday Rose says that, while they understand the entertainment industry more than most, they did give her two firm rules she had to follow before beginning her career.
"There are two big rules," Sunday Rose tells Nylon. "The first was that I couldn't explore any kind of fashion work until I was 16, and the second is that school always has to come first, which at first I hated, but I am actually really glad that I have these rules in place because it keeps me in a good mindset."
In fact, Sunday Rose is so intent on being a good student, that it almost distracted her from her first runway show.
"So at my first show, while I was walking, I was actually just thinking about the amount of schoolwork I was going to have to make up!" the teenager reveals. "I was really just hoping my teachers would let me have a couple days when I got back."

Sunday Rose is grateful to have two parents who know how to offer advice about the entertainment industry. But perhaps surprisingly, she also says that their notoriety does little if anything to help her, especially in her personal life.
"When people my age meet me, they normally don't know anything about my life," she says. "Which is sort of wonderful, because I am able to make a first impression based on who I am and not who my family is."
Sunday Rose reveals there is one perk to having a famous actress as a mother: her wardrobe.
"I take everything from my mom's closet," Sunday Rose admits. "I sometimes joke with her that it's my favorite store."
The Nashville native is already having success as a model, but that isn't her ultimate career ambition.
"Filmmaking has actually been my dream career since I was 5, so I hope I'm able to study that in college" she says.
