If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, refunds will be issued automatically; there is nothing further ticketholders need to do. Urban Added an Apology to His Fans
He wrote this to those who planned to attend his show. "Hey Greenville, I'm so SO sorry to have to cancel the show...I know all the logistics it takes to get to a concert these days and I've never taken any of that, or any of YOU for granted. I'm looking forward to getting back there when we can!!!!!"
Urban takes the responsibility seriously of giving his audiences the ultimate concert experience. Per the outlet, he said, ""When I think about touring, I just think about the two hours on stage. everything
else is whatever it is, but those two hours on stage is...every minute that we're on stage is why everybody's even out there."
He continued, "That's why everyone's backstage; that's why there's trucks everywhere; that's why there's guys up in the air rigging; that's why there's caterers; that's why people are parking cars; that's why every single person is doing what they're doing is just for that two hours that I'm on stage. And so, I'm only ever thinking about that being the best that it can be every single night."
He Gives His All Each Time on Stage
Providing a great show so many times while on tour is taxing, both physically and vocally. Still, Urban is always wowing the crowds who come to see him. The guy is a really dedicated pro!
