As a man who has been through more jobs than most people have been through pairs of underwear, I am no stranger to being fired. Sometimes it's completely unfair, but it's usually the opposite. Either way, you usually know when it's coming. Kelly Clarkson has opened up at one of her shows about waiting for that dreaded HR call, letting her know she's been fired.

Suprisingly, Kelly Clarkson wasn't talking about her repeated absence from this season when she was talking about being fired. Instead, she was talking about her behavior around other members of staff. Don't worry though, she's no Ellen DeGeneres. She doesn't bully. In fact, she's been reported as being the life and soul of the studio.
No, instead, it was in response to a heckler in the crowd. Someone was feeling so enamored by Kelly Clarkson that they screamed out their attraction during her show in Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Clarkson is a professional, and since her slimming, is quite keen for compliments.
The sweet cat call got her talking about how she behaves in the Kelly Clarkson Show office that she expects will get her fired. "Every time I go to an HR meeting, I'm like, 'How have I not been fired?'" She explained. "I grew up on the road at 19 years old, you know what I'm saying? I'm like, 'Oh, that is inappropriate. I would never'."
Can't Even Call Someone Sexy These Days, According To Kelly Clarkson
She has been through her own weight loss journey, and is shining because of it. Kelly Clarkson knows how hard it can be, and how good the rewards are at the end. So, when she sees someone killing it in the office, she compliments them. Nothing helps when fitness gets hard than words of encouragement.
"They also say you're not allowed to say someone looks attractive, and I say f**k that," she ranted at the crowd. "Because some of those bitches are out here working, and we're trying, and I want every motherf**er that passes me to go, 'Damn. Well done."
According to Kelly Clarkson's HR team, telling someone they look good might hurt them retroactively and get her fired. "They were like, 'Well, it might make people feel bad that they looked bad before.' I was fat before, so I'm saying I want you to say, 'D--n."
Madness.
