"F**k off": Kelly Osbourne Roasts Her Weight-Loss Detractors

Kelly Osbourne definitely looks thinner these days. She appears to have lost a significant amount of weight. The tragic passing of her father, heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne, in July has understandably been really hard for Kelly. Per People, her mom, Sharon Osbourne, 73, recently discussed Ozzy's death when she was a guest of broadcasting personality Piers Morgan. He brought out a clip from social media in which Kelly sharply took issue with those who are buzzing about her seemingly too-slim appearance. That clip has reportedly since been taken down.

Kelly, 41, said, "To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right.' My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family. And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life not the miserable side of my life. So to all those people, 'f--- off.'"

Sharon Osbourne Took Her Daughter's Side in the Weight Debate

Sharon was firmly in Kelly's corner on this subject. She said to Morgan, "She's right. She's lost her daddy, she can't eat right now." Ozzy's death has been very tough for Sharon, too. They were married for 43 years. Photos of her taken at his funeral clearly depict how devastated she was at losing her beloved longtime partner .

Kelly Has Had Previous Challenges Connected With Her Body Image

A few months back, Kelly talked frankly to the outlet about what difficulties she has faced in the past regarding her weight and appearance. She claimed that body-shamers have hurtfully nagged her, whether she was too heavy or too thin for them.

"I have been a drug addict, an alcoholic ... I've been a complete mess, disrespectful to people, horrible — but I got more [expletive] for being fat than I did for anything else. It's insane. You'll never read an article about me that hasn't got a comment about my weight. People [would] say, 'You're so pretty. Why don't you just lose a little bit of weight, and then you'll be the total package.'"

Kelly added, "I tried probably everything that there is out there, whether it be surgery, medication, diet and exercise. I got my mind where I needed it to be, and everything started to fall into place."

Kelly Deliberately Kept Out of Sight When She Was Pregnant

On an earlier occasion, Kelly told the outlet that she purposely remained out of public view for the whole time she was pregnant with her little boy, Sid. She was concerned about being called out for gaining too much weight. She said she put on 100 pounds.

Kelly explained, "Long story short, I saw what they did to Jessica Simpson and I thought it was disgusting. I was so frightened that would happen to me too that I hid...I didn't want to face it, and have people be like, 'Oh she's a moose!' So I just cut the problem out."
