Later, Ballerini thanked her fans for bearing with her through her illness.

"Thank you guys for being patient with me and giving me all the grace and love tonight. I needed it more than you know," Ballerini said before exiting the stage, also encouraging the crowd to wash their hands so they don't get sick.

At the start of her show, Ballerini admitted she was under the weather.

"I'm gonna level with you right off the bat, I'm sick," Ballerini told the crowd (via Taste of Country). "I'm also a perfectionist, and I also have this crippling fear of letting people down. So I'm going to give you absolutely every ounce of everything I have left."

Rescheduled Live on Tour Dates

Ballerini later took to social media to share a message with her fans, revealing she was postponing some shows this weekend.

"I'm so, so sorry I could not finish the show tonight," Ballerini says. "I am sicker than I am trying to be, and I did not want to let anyone down tonight. I just got through the first few songs, and I couldn't do it. I'm so sorry. But I never want to give you a half-a-- show. So we are rescheduling tonight Buffalo, tomorrow Pittsburgh, and the next day Toronto to the end of the tour, April 11, 12 and 13."

Although Ballerini understandably hates having to postpone shows, she does promise it will be worth the wait for her fans.

"I will make them the best shows I've ever played in my whole life," Ballerini vows. "I will pull out every stop for you, and I will make it so worth it. I'm gonna go rest now and get better, so I can really show up for the rest of this tour, and I hope you understand. Thank you for the grace to be human, and I love you."
