The location disappeared from her website, and fans with pre-purchased tickets were notified of upcoming refunds. This left them annoyed as Ballerini hadn't spoken up about the reason behind the cancellations.

Soon after, the confused fans took to one of her latest social media posts to express their disappointment. They were also looking for answers, as Ballerini never addressed the canceled concert to her 4.3 million Instagram followers.
According to Country Living, fans overwhelmed the comment section with questions and concerns. "Why did we get Vegas cancelled? I'm literally so sad," one user wrote. They expressed how sad they were to "miss this show with my best friends" and only find out about it through TikTok. The comment ended by asking Ballerini to be "transparent about it soon."
The singer finally spoke up in response to one comment saying, "That's not what T-Mobile arena said when I called to see if it was cancelled. They said the promoter of the tour pulled the show :(."
When Ballerini finally responded, she wrote "i'm so sorry, i really am. i'm doing my best out here, i promise." She then added a heartbreak and a white heart emoji. This has been the only response from Ballerini on the canceled concert date, leaving fans even more puzzled.
Even worse, the comment and reply from Ballerini has disappeared. The singer has also limited comments on her recent posts to hinder fans from questioning her canceled tour dates. With how open Ballerini was on her previous rescheduled dates when she was ill, it's odd how silent she is now.
