For the latter, his divorce from Christine Baumgartner sees the Yellowstone actor quietly courting various different celebrities. Why not pair Costner and J-Lo together? According to some new reports, that might be in the works.

Recently, sources told Closer magazine that Jennifer Lopez and Kevin Costner have their eyes set on each other. This comes on the heels of the two being spotted out together in Aspen, Colorado where they cozy next to one another at a bar. Although Lopez is still stuck on her split from Affleck, their sources claim Costner is still interested. "J-Lo is still laser focused on Ben so Kevin certainly has his work cut out for him, but that doesn't mean this is an impossible situation," they say.

Apparently, Jennifer Lopez isn't against trying something with Costner either. However, the source does hint at some grosser ulterior motives in this exchange too. "Kevin has a lot of the qualities she's looking for in her next man," they say. "He's incredibly successful and he's someone that commands a huge amount of respect in the industry and among all their peers. Having him on her arm would make a big statement - and it doesn't hurt that Ben has always spoken very highly of Kevin."
Additionally, Costner is buddies with Jennifer Garner, who Ben Affleck is currently seeing. The big appeal for J-Lo in all of this is that it still interweaves with her old flame and keeps that connection. It's a strange situation if the reports turn out to be true. But it would make sense that this pair would get together after leaving their respective partners.
