But it seems only right that in a relationship between a man and a woman, the man takes charge there. However, country superstar Lainey Wilson seems done with waiting and might do it herself if her boyfriend Duck Hodges doesn't get on with it already.

Recently, Wilson spoke with Bunnie XO for CMT. There, Jelly Roll's wife expresses her strong hopes that Hodges finally nabs an engagement ring and gets down on one knee. The Watermelon Moonshine crooner grins and jokes that maybe she's going to have to take matters into her own hands. "No pressure, brother! No pressure," Lainey laughs. "I might have to propose to him. We waiting!"
Lainey Wilson is Ready to Lock It Down With Boyfriend Duck Hodges
Lainey Wilson's romance with Duck Hodges remains a deeply heartwarming one. In an interview with Zane Lowe promoting her latest album Whirlwind, she talks about how supportive her man has been as she tries to sow her seeds in country. "I finally found a guy that gives me a run for my money. And he's my biggest cheerleader. He's just a good person," Lainey says. "And he knows how important chasing down a dream is because even when he was a little boy, football was his life."
Additionally, Wilson admits that their busy schedules can make their romance difficult. The space can often eat away at great relationships and trying to subvert that is an unconventional choice. However, she feels like their love prospers regardless. "So yeah, life for us is a whirlwind. I mean, it's not normal," Lainey adds. "We don't get to see each other as often as some couples do, but we also know that have is very special. And so yeah, for the most part, it's hard, but it's easy."
