Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood Reunite In Studio For The First Time Since Falling Out

Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood have reunited in the studio for the first time since their falling out all those years ago.

It may shock Fleetwood Mac fans to remember that Buckingham was kicked out 7 years ago in 2018. The famous falling out of Lindsey Buckingham, the guitarist, and Mick Fleetwood, the drummer, was due to a few factors.

Disagreements over solo work while touring and an ultimatum issued by Stevie Nicks caused a falling out and Buckingham's dismissal from the band.

However, 7 years later, and they're in the studio again.

Since February, Swedish music producer Carl Falk has been documenting their time together on his Threads account.

In the first post, he wrote, "Slightly unreal moment to sit with Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood to play Lindsey the album we have been working on."

"And to see his genuine happiness for Mick to finally do his own album and offering to play guitar and to sing on it. Can't wait to finish this one."

It must have been nice for Buckingham to reunite with an old friend, especially after the stalking situation that went down in December last year.

Unfortunately, we don't have many details at all on Fleetwood's next project. But if it's getting the seal of approval from Lindsey Buckingham, then it should be pretty good.

Lindsey Buckingham And Mick Fleetwood Pictured Together Again

Carl Falk also shared another photo of the two musicians standing together outside. Although we didn't get much of the two of them, seeing them together must be nice for old fans.

Other videos were shared, most notably one of Lindsey Buckingham "jamming" on his guitar.

It's a shame we didn't get more videos or photos of the pair together. It's been such a long time, and all we get is one picture of them together and another with their backs turned to the camera. I suppose it's better than nothing.

Let's hope this isn't the end of their encounters together. With Fleetwood Mac being disbanded following Christine McVie's death in 2022, they can hang out together without any professional disputes.
