It's official, Luke Combs and his wife, Nicole, are expecting their third baby. The couple announced the news via Instagram, saying, "Third time's a charm! Baby #3 coming this winter."

The couple also shared a sweet video of them with their two sons, Tex Lawrence Combs and Beau Lee Combs. It shows Nicole and Luke revealing ultrasound photos to the boys, which are met with their excited reactions. In the comments, there is nothing but love and support for this budding family. Jordan Davis, Bailey Zimmerman, and Bunnie XO were among the first to share their congratulations.
In a recent interview, Luke Combs shared the best parenting advice he's received, now that he's about to be a father of three. He admitted that being a new father feels a lot like "getting punched in the face." Especially for Combs, it felt like he had to learn a lot in a short amount of time. His comment is reminiscent of heavyweight champ Mike Tyson's famous line. "Everyone's got something to say until you get punched in the face." In using this to compare his experience with being a father, Combs is admitting that it's definitely not as easy as it seems.
"They can tell you about it all you want, dude; then you have the kid, and then it's a whole different ballgame," he shared.
A New Baby and a New Album on the Way
Although Combs has been an open book about the challenges of fatherhood, he and Nicole definitely make it look easy. In 2022, the couple welcomed their first child, Tex Lawrence. It wasn't long before they announced the birth of their second son, Beau Lee, in August of 2023.
Combs has always balanced work and career pretty well, and even took some time off this year to focus on family instead of playing shows. He told People, "We got 20-something shows this year. I've already done 10 of them. I got 14 more shows for the rest of the whole year," he said of his touring schedule at the time. "I want to be home with my kids." The singer shared that he wanted to be able to see his kids grow up, and that was most important.
Now, with the release of his new song, "Back In The Saddle," it's been confirmed that Luke Combs is working on a new album. He's also scheduled to play several festivals this year, including the Austin City Limits Music Festival in October.
With new music and a new baby on the way, it seems like it's going to be one hell of a year for the "Beautiful Crazy" singer.
