Per People via Instagram, the "Achy Breaky Heart" crooner rhapsodized about the union of his daughter and her partner. He posted this paternally sentimental message. The three photos with the message were one of Parton with Miley and Billy Ray, 64, one showing Miley and Maxx the other night at the gala premiere of Fire and Ash, and a third of Miley, 33, behind Maxx, 27, with her arms draped around his neck affectionately. The two were evidently pictured in a restaurant.
