Alt_Driver spoke to the 2020 Cup Series Champion at the Talladega Superspeedway, where they asked him all about his opinions on and experiences with country music. When they asked him about his favorite concert, he had the answer already at the tip of his tongue.

"Eric Church at Red Rocks," he promptly answered, referencing his 2016 performance. The Chief's appearance at the Red Rocks nine years ago still gets mentioned today. It truly was Eric Church at his best.

"When he played out there -- it's probably been 10 years ago -- best show I've ever seen," he raved. Many others share the same opinion as the professional racer.

"And if I have a chance to go watch him out there again, I would do everything I could to make it happen. It was an incredible show," he continued. Funnily enough, Eric Church is going out to the Red Rocks again.

The Chief has a set of three unique shows at Red Rocks this year, in July. For the three nights, each show will be vastly different. Tickets for all three nights are being sold, although they are only limited. If Elliott Chase wants to see Eric Church at the Red Rocks again, then he'll have to act quickly to get tickets.

Chase Elliott Shares His Love For Artists Like Eric Church

Still on the topic, Chase Elliott shares his personal insight into the Red Rocks, and the relationship between that venue at the artists that perform there.

"Just one of those special venues, a place where I feel like, guys like (Church) or people like that, they don't need Red Rocks," he said. "Red Rocks is only -- I don't even know what it is -- like 10,000 people or something. It's a small venue."

"And so those guys don't play it because it's a part of their tour. They play it because they love it," he concluded.

I'm sure you didn't expect the NASCAR driver to have such a personal appreciation for country music, right? It's so refreshing hearing someone get lost in the weeds of describing something they love.
