Due to the global scale of the World Cup, Miller Lite has released a limited-edition collector's item to celebrate. The beloved beer brand has released a soccer ball that can hold up to 12 cans of beer.

"Dubbed the Miller Time MVP Matchball, the beer brand said this "first-of-its-kind, beer-filled soccer ball" will be the "ultimate centerpiece for game day," PEOPLE reported. "The commemorative item gives a classic soccer ball the "Miller Lite upgrade" by enlarging it roughly 1.5 times the size of a regulation ball so that it can hold up to a 12-pack of beer."

Of course, no collector's item is complete without a decent display stand to show it off. So, it should be no surprise that the 'MVP Matchball' will come with its own stand. That way its got a home for when you're not using it to hold a case full of beer.

Miller Lite Is Paying Homage to Soccer With It's Release

At the end of every soccer game, a player is voted 'man of the match' or 'woman of the match' and receives the game ball as a memento. Miller Lite's new collectible pays homage to that tradition.

"The best soccer fans have a special set of skills to make the most of Miller Time for themselves and others. So just like how MVP players are awarded the match ball after a big game, we want to award these Miller Time MVP fans with a special ball of their own. ...Filled with beer,"  Danny O'Connor, Group Creative Director at Mischief @ No Fixed Address, explained in a statement, via PEOPLE.

The World Cup will run from June 11 to July 19. It will begin with the group stages before transitioning into a knockout tournament. The current World Champions are Argentina, having defeated France on penalties in the final of the 2022 World Cup.
