A woman is seeking a restraining order against Nacua after the Pro Bowl wideout allegedly said "f—k all the Jews" and later bit her during a New Year's Eve night out in Los Angeles. Madison Atiabi filed for the restraining order in Los Angeles on Tuesday, alleging that Nacua intimidated her on December 31, 2025, and then threatened to tarnish her reputation a few weeks later.
She reportedly claims that during dinner, Nacua's antisemitic comments were allegedly the "first act in what became an escalating course of rude or vulgar, threatening, violent, and harassing conduct."
Levi McCathern, Nacua's attorney, told TMZ that Nacua never made the antisemitic comment. Still, he did admit that the 24-year-old receiver bit Atiabi while they and a few other group members were playing around.
After eating, Atiabi claims she and her friend got into a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van with Nacua and others. During the drive, Nacua allegedly got "touchy-feely."
Per TMZ, she alleges Nacua then "dropped his head into [her] girlfriend's lap and crotch area and bit her thumb so forcefully that she screamed in acute pain."
Nacua Again Faces Backlash For Antisemitic Behavior
TMZ acquired a picture of the alleged bite mark from the TRO request. The day after the incident, the woman says she went to the police and filed an incident report.
