The initial crime has charged Zachary Hughes with murdering Christina Parcell. According to the report, he had been seen visiting her at her home on the day of the murder and then leaving shortly after. His DNA has been found at the location.

However, his motive is unclear, and the only real connection the pianist has to the vet is through a friend. Her ex-boyfriend is a friend of

Hughes. Parcell and her ex were in a custody dispute before she was murdered.

According to the prosecution, Hughes and her ex were bullying her. They were allegedly sending nude pictures of her to colleagues and neighbors. However, why Hughes was involved in the situation is unclear.

But, this is only the tip of the crime iceberg. It transpires that before the murder of the vet by the concert pianist, she may have been involved in distributing child pornography with her new partner.

Rose Petal Vet Allegedly Involved In Child Pornography Distribution

The case became more complex when it became apparent that the vet was possibly distributing child pornography before her murder by the concert pianist. Her boyfriend, Bradley Post, was recently arrested on child pornography charges.

The material he was found with shows him performing sex acts on children. His charges include criminal sexual conduct with a minor and seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. A filing by one of the parents claims the vet was also involved in the abuse before the pianist allegedly murdered her.

According to the lawsuit, the two of them were using the material for personal gain.

Now, the pianists' defense has asked for the material to be included in the case. They are claiming that Post is responsible for Parcell's death.

At present, Hughes is pleading not guilty to the murder. His defense is claiming that it is more likely that Post is responsible. The pianist is clearly somehow tied up in the situation, but possibly not for the murder.
