Rapper BBW or Dank Demoss as she is also known was recently refused a Lyft ride because the driver was genuinely concerned she wouldn't be able to get in and out of his car.

The video, posted to her Instagram page, shows the driver politely explaining that he doesn't think the enormous woman will be able to fit. He has a small Mercedes-Benz sedan and doesn't want to risk her getting stuck. He is careful about the language he uses and takes the time to explain why he is canceling the ride.
But, BBW, AKA Dank Demoss, takes offense at the explanation the Lyft driver gives her and is suing. He could have just canceled the ride and driven off, as many will, but he took the time to explain. She is now looking to ruin the hard-working driver's life because of her ego.
Taking his time to explain himself, the Lyft driver tells the 489 lbs BBW that he doesn't think it's possible for her to get in his car. But, she insists it is. However, it's his car, his income at stake, and his call.
Rather than letting it go, and ordering an XL car like the Lyft driver suggests, she has decided to attack the man for his honesty. "I just want them to know that it hurt my feelings," she told fans. Apparently her feelings are more important than the man's livelihood.

Despite having a large following, most people are on the side of the Lyft driver's decision to ask her to get a larger car. She is a huge woman, and it is understandable for him to ask her to get something size-appropriate. I have requested XL taxis with luggage half the size of her.
As one commenter highlights, "The driver said nothing wrong and he was respectful the entire time. He never once called her out of her name, called her fat, or addressed her issue negatively. He simply gave her a suggestion that was plausible."
BBW has chosen to sue the company, and probably take the Lyft driver's job away from him. Because of this could be left without work. It is all for her ego too, as another Instagram user puts it. "The only reason she is causing a scene is because 1, her self-esteem was hurt, so the only revenge she could get would be to ruin this man's life using social media. 2, she has the platform/fans, which is a pacifier to help make her feel better."
Hopefully, the case doesn't get put through. The Lyft driver doesn't deserve to lose his job because Dank Demoss BBW can't fit in his car.
