"Nashville is just such a legendary place," Post Malone tells The Tennessean. "The people, the countless number of amazing artists, the venues, the studios — it's all such a perfect storm of musical history and inspiration that's perfect for songwriting. I absolutely love it."
Post Malone knew even as he was creating F-1 Trillion that he would do another country record. He has a deep love of country music, and wants to continue celebrating the genre.
"I want to make sure I do things with respect," Post Malone says. "I feel honored that everyone has been accepting and patient with me."

Post Malone is opening his new bar in partnership with TC Restaurant Group. TC Restaurant Group is already home to the bars of Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Morgan Wallen and more.
"Post Malone is one of the most influential and gravitational artists of our time, and we're thrilled to partner with him on this exciting concept," says Adam Hesler, President and CEO of TC Restaurant Group. "We're honored to work with someone as dynamic as he is and create a venue that embodies his spirit and brings a new experience to Nashville's Entertainment District.
"There's only one reason we would consider expanding our artist partnerships, and that is to have the ability to partner with someone of the caliber, innovation and authenticity of Post," he continues. "His talent and ability to transcend multiple genres is one of a kind, and we look forward to creating a venue that resonates with his global fan base."
