Alright, the last thing I want to do is come on here and be a negative Nolan. So, before I say anything else, I will congratulate the contestant on the win. That's the perfect price for her to pay. Especially after totaling the car she just had. But, is no one else a little worried that the show might be rigged? No, just me? Well, we can go through the process, and let me know if you change your mind.

The Price Is...Free?
Technically, that's not exactly true. The official final price of the car was $1.25, but we can chat about that in a bit. The real story here is the fact that there's no way she hadn't already won the car, right?
I mean, let's just look at the setup for the episode that happened last week.
So the contestant, Antoinette, was called on to the stage specifically to play a game called 'Pocket Change'. That's right, she was called up. It was just her playing the game.
She then got visibly excited when Drew Carey (the host) showed her she was playing for a 2025 Hyundai Elantra SE. Now, I'll pause because, yes, it's a new car. A new car whose official price is not cheap, as she would come to find out. So naturally, everyone would be excited to see that prize.
But hold on, it gets better.
This episode was filmed on Antoinette's birthday. Yes, almost as if the show had planned it out that way. And on top of that, she mentioned how she was in a car accident just days earlier.
She even went so far as to tell Drew Carey that, "My car was just totaled."
He then dropped a cheesy pickup line as he is wont to do, and replied with, "Well, let's win this for you."
And guess what they did?
Let's Win Us A Car
During the game, she had to guess the price of the car number by number. So, eventually, we (the audience) found out the car was worth $23,715. Yeah, a hefty price tag.
Luckily, the way 'pocket change' works is that for every number you guess wrong, you add only 25 cents to the car's official price for you. Then at the end of the game, you collect your envelopes they give you, and you have to pray your pocket change is enough to buy the new price of the car.
Antoinette got a few numbers wrong, so the price of her car was $1.25. Yeah, which is technically a good amount for the money in this game. Case in point, when she was making her way through the envelopes and was stuck with only $0.90 after three.
As she opened the envelopes, she was telling her story about the crash. So lo and behold, when she got to the end of her story and the envelopes, she found enough money to buy the car.
But honestly, I love this move by the TV show; everyone needs to see a win every once in a while.
