Page Six was told of the incident that required police intervention. Apparently, Angelina Pivarnick attended an undisclosed Christmas nightclub with a group of friends. Not only did they cause a ruckus, they also assaulted one of the performers.

The attacked little person, Katrina Kemp, also told the outlet of her experience with the group that left her feeling "non-human."

Pivarnick attended the Santa's Secret immersive attraction in Chelsea around 9 pm one night last week. Apparently, they looked "hammered" when they arrived at the adult speakeasy. Kemp was dressed in a teddy bear outfit when her and some of the performers walked among the crowd for interaction with the guests.

Kemp alleges that the group was physically and verbally assaulting her. They called her the "'M' slur" and threatened to fight her. Then they squeezed and punched her belly, which was the last straw. She took off her mascot mask to order them to stop touching her.

This is when they upped the verbal abuse. Kemp said she recognized Angelina Pivarnick as Kemp once worked for Sally Ann Salsano, who created Jersey Shore. Kemp was unable to identify who struck her, however.

"They were like zoo animals," Kemp said, "No respect for any of the performers, people who have been on national tours, Broadway, burlesque- and drag-legends."

Angelina Pivarnick's Attorney Denies The Story

"At no point did she act inappropriately or touch anyone... While there were others at the venue whose behavior required police intervention, the police body cam footage and venue video footage will clearly show that Angelina was not involved in any misconduct," lawyer John Zidziuna told the outlet.

Zidziuna denies that Pivarnick is responsible for anything alleged by Kemp and the other sources speaking to the outlet.

"This story is completely false and appears to be a clear attempt at creating a clickbait headline," he further said in a statement. But I wouldn't know anything about that.

"The allegations are baseless."

Apparently, NYPD confirmed that a 911 call was made for a dispute at the venue. They didn't provide further details, however.

Brandon Voss, the producer of the event, said that only when uniformed officers arrived did the group leave the venue.

As the case continues, the truth will come to light.
