Sunday, Glanville shared a picture of her face, with swellings and deficits. Some postulated that it may be a result of an allergic reaction, or an adverse effect to botox or fillers. Many were quick to correct that botox and fillers can't cause such reactions, however, leaving the cause of Glanville's affliction a mystery.
She captioned the photo "Sick it!" which may have intended to be 'sick of it,' a fan points out.
Not too long after, Glanville posted again to X to update on the photo she posted. She said, "What happened? I wish I knew I've been in &out of the hospital this passed year 1/2 spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out."
The past year Brandi has been in a dispute with Bravo. She claims the executive producer and host, Andy Cohen, sexually harassed her. It seems the stress of the situation this past year has taken a toll on her health.
She concludes the post by saying, "Some Dr.'s say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it's stress induced edema. I personally say it's Bravo."
Brandi Glenville Blames Bravo Stress For Facial Affliction
Claiming that doctors believe a parasite may be jumping around her face is a shocking and scary statement. One that her immune system may have managed to fight off if it weren't for the immense stress levels she's currently facing.
Stress can physically affect your health. Whether or not a parasite is to blame, her accusing it being Bravo's fault likely isn't far from the truth if they're the source of her stress.
According to Page Six, they have shelved the legal battle. The fight is never over for a victim of sexual harassment, however. It's clear the stress of the situation is continuing to affect the reality star even today, and it's been afflicting her health, too.
It's unclear if the swells and streaks across her face will fade, or if she'll need treatment or further inspections.
A parasite in the face is a pretty big deal.
