It claimed that Reba did something at the wedding ceremony to make Marissa "regret" ever getting married. In retaliation against the damaging rumor, the daughter-in-law made an Instagram story calling out the lies.
Reba McEntire's Daughter-In-Law Disproves Fake News On Ruined Wedding
"If yall have a sec," she wrote, "report this page on Facebook. They post fake news and apparently got tired of me trolling them and blocked me." Marissa concluded the message with three laughing emojis. It's clear that Reba's daughter-in-law isn't taking the matter too seriously and is quite lighthearted about the baseless rumors.
In the post, Marissa shared an image of the fake Facebook post that a page called "Icons of Country Music" posted. "Marissa - Reba McEntire's daughter-in-law - shocked everyone by saying she regrets her wedding every time she thinks about it," read the post. "And the main reason is because of Reba."
It then urges readers to check out the answer below while sharing two photos of the beautiful wedding. Marissa seems quite the opposite of upset in the photo, which is odd if she truly was at odds with her mother-in-law.

The couple got married on February 12, 2022, at Orlando, Florida's Walt Disney World. Marissa had shared an image on Instagram of the lavish wedding with the caption "Happily Ever After." If Reba ever did something during the ceremony, wouldn't this issue have sprung up within the past three years?
What we do know about the wedding reception is that the singer gave a surprise performance of her hit song Fancy. They also danced to her song You're Gonna Be (Always Loved By Me) during the wedding without complaint.
Reba first gave birth to Shelby in 1990, the father being her ex-husband Narvel Blackstock. The couple remained married for 26 years until they divorced in 2015. Five years later, Shelby proposed to his lover on New Year's Eve after meeting in 2014. The young couple only started to date two years later in 2016.
