Grab your lobster bibs, folks! Red Lobster is having Lobsterfest until Sunday, April 20.(It launched on February 11.) And it's not any old Lobsterfest, either. This grand seafood event taking place at participating locations is being billed as the Greatest Lobsterfest of All Time (GLOAT)!

Per USA Today, "'Lobsterfest is the ultimate celebration for lobster lovers, and this year, we're taking it to the next level with more variety, more flavor, and more ways than ever for guests to satisfy their crustacean cravings,' Nichole Robillard, Red Lobster marketing executive said in a statement."
Red Lobster Is Emerging After Some Hard Times
It has been a rough period for the popular brand. There were restaurant closings, bankruptcy and a well-intentioned but unfortunate Endless Shrimp fiasco. Now, Red Lobster is apparently finding its footing again. Bringing back this fan-favorite, special limited-time offer is a big step in that direction. There won't be any "Endless Lobster," but diners will find plenty on the menu to please their palate and their pocketbook.
There Are Tons Of Succulent Dining Options For Lobster Lovers
According to Red Lobster's extensive menu and Taste Of Country, you can choose from "Create Your Own," which allows you to "mix and match up to three lobster entrees." (This is making me hungry already!)
Among the tasty new dishes and familiar favorites are lobster roll, lobster and shrimp linguini, lobster flatbread, Bar Harbor lobster bake, grilled lobster, shrimp, and salmon, lobster pappardelle pasta, and lobster bisque.
All kinds of luscious sides will make your dining experience complete. The chain's famed Cheddar Bay biscuits are one example.

Per Parade via a press release, Griffin expressed his keen enthusiasm for the event. "This year's Lobsterfest is going to be epic. My Lobsterfest plate is stacked and I can't wait for fans to try it and make this year's Lobsterfest the greatest Lobsterfest of all time."
