If you're looking for Bigfoot, then you might want to go to Ohio. The mythological creature is apparently terrorizing residents in Portage County with multiple recent sightings.

It's Sasquatch fever!
"Ten individual people were like 'Yeah I was walking my dog when I saw a big creature with musty odor and suddenly it ran,'" Portage County Sheriff Bruce Zuchowski told local CW affiliate WOIO.
It's got the town talking.
"Everyone is talking about it. Everyone is asking 'have you seen Big Foot, where is he going?'" said chiropractor Dr. John Barnosky. "10 individual people were like 'yeah I was walking my dog when I saw a big creature with musty odor and suddenly it ran."
Meanwhile, even the experts have weighed in on the multiple sightings. Jeremiah Byron, host of the Bigfoot Society Podcast, says the situation is peculiar.
Bigfoot in Ohio?
"It's normal for there to be bigfoot sightings all over the United States, but it's not normal to have multiple sightings in a small area within a short number of days," he explained. "They're shook up, they're very emotional and just want to stay anonymous."
One incident saw two friends hiking and running into Bigfoot. Another man walking his dog claimed to see the Sasquatch.
"A guy and his friend were hiking on the Headwaters Trail and they saw a 10-foot sasquatch," said Byron. "When it was grunting at them, it turned its head at the shoulders, not neck, which is an important detail that's crazy."
"Taking his German Shepherd outside, the dog when it gets to the door, it starts freaking out. It lunges towards the wood line, the gentleman looks out there and he sees a large black shadowing figure out in the tree line and it's about nine to 10 feet tall," said Byron. "The dog couldn't stop shaking."
Despite the sightings, Barnosky remains skeptical of there actually being a creature.
"There as a joke that we put on our Facebook that he did arrive at the office while I was at lunchtime and was seeing a couple of patients while I wasn't here," Barnosky told WOIO.
But the area has embraced the sightings by poking fun, online.
