Lori Greiner of Shark Tank fame has come forward with a rather startling warning about money, and it isn't about saving it, it's quite the opposite, in fact. Throw it away.

In a rather bizarre TikTok post, Lori Greiner has gotten her knickers in a twist about money you see on the ground. Because of some wild twist of paranoia, she believes that people are lacing notes with deadly chemicals and leaving them on the ground.
Despite the fact that this sounds like a plot by 70s Joker, she's convinced. Who in their right mind would think up such a dastardly plan? Only some kind of bonkers movie villain, or Lori Greiner, apparently. There's a million other ways to poison people, if that's what you're into. I simply can't see the logic or gain.
"It's been found that criminals are using dollar bills, folded up, on the ground laced with chemicals that can hurt you," she says. "So leave that money right where you see it. And warn your kids, family members and friends not to pick up any money." Lori Greiner, stick to your Shark Tank money pile and leave us to our floor treasures.
Breaking Down The Money Warning Lori Greiner Issued
Okay, so, taking it from the top. "It's been found" is a weak start. Who has found, what study are you citing, and who told you, Lori Greiner, about this money scandal?

Second, she states 'criminals'. What kind of criminals are we talking here? Are we talking about drug dealers? Because they certainly wouldn't benefit from poisoned money? Maybe thieves? But what good would mildly poisoning some random person on the street do? Perhaps murderers are now into slowly poisoning people who need a bit of extra spare cash by slowly introducing osmosis induced death serums?
Finally, which of the millions of chemicals available is she referencing? There have been traces of drugs on notes for generations. But the drugs used with paper money are not ingestible through the hands. They're also such trace amounts that they're not worth thinking about. There are so many chemicals Lori Greiner, which ones are on the money?
This video is just so unhinged and vague I cannot begin to get my head around what kind of fear mongering, whack job, tomfoolery she is getting up to. Good lord, someone come get their suburban grandma off TikTok.
