Grace Lilly, a cast member on "Southern Hospitality", was detained in Charleston in what marks her latest run-in with the law, following another arrest just months earlier.
Southern Hospitality Arrest Adds to Reality Star's Legal Troubles
According to Charleston County jail records cited by Page Six, Lilly, 27, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
She was initially held on a $10,575 bond. But she was later released on personal recognizance after spending several hours in custody.
Under the terms of her release, Lilly agreed to appear in court, allowing the judge to authorize her release without requiring the full bond payment.
The arrest follows a previous incident in December, when Lilly was also taken into custody in Charleston.
At that time, authorities reportedly discovered what were described as "happy pills" in her car, according to Page Six. She was booked into the Charleston County Jail but released a few hours later.
Lilly also reportedly had an outstanding warrant related to a "second-degree harassment charge" at the time.
She was apprehended at a gas station after a suspected traffic violation, which led to the discovery of the pills.
Police Report Details Pills Discovered in Purse
According to the police report, officers found 12 circular white pills inside Lilly's purse with a "P" imprinted on them.
Authorities also discovered half of a blue oblong pill.
"When asked about the pills found inside the purse, the offender stated that the blue pill was Xanax. And the white pills were birth control. The offender stated she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have any proof of that information available at the time," the report stated.
The incident was classified as a "drugs/narcotics violation."
Despite the legal trouble, Lilly has remained active on social media, continuing to post to her 56,000 Instagram followers.
She recently promoted the upcoming fourth season of "Southern Hospitality", which premieres on Bravo at 9 p.m. EST on Friday before becoming available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
