Alyssa Okada, who claims the relationship is officially over, shared a TikTok video detailing the messy split with the offensive linemen.
Not only did Okada accuse Johnson of abruptly ending the relationship, but she declared that he wasted little time in searching for his next romantic partner.
"Just a quick question," Okada said on TikTok. "Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his eight-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter and to then be on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with.
"Hypothetically, you would not think that that type of man is a good man or good father. You would probably not think that that type of man has integrity, or morals or any form of decency, right? Because I'm just trying to see if we're all on the same page."
The viral TikTok tell-all garnered more than 4.2 million views on the social media platform.
In a follow-up video posted on Monday, Okada responded to the backlash she received. The 31-year-old mom-to-be stated that men should be held accountable for being dishonest in the early stages of a relationship.
"I just truly think it's time that people stop blaming women for the partners they choose, and start blaming partners for pretending to be something that they're not," Okada said.
"No woman ever knowingly goes into a situation thinking this person is going to hurt me, this person is going to lie to me, this person is going to turn out to be a completely different person than the one he is showing me.
Fred Johnson Shares Subliminal Messages on Instagram
Although he didn't directly address the accusations, Johnson shared a cryptic message on his Instagram Stories, according to the New York Post.
"The hardest flex isn't revenge," one message read. "It's watching someone who tried to destroy you realize you survived without ever mentioning their name."
Johnson joined the Eagles before the 2023 season. He was a member of the team that dethroned the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.
