Things aren't going great for Beyonce? at the moment, with underwhelming sales for her Cowboy Carter tour, backlash at greedy ticket pricing, and now a cease and desist from The Las Vegas Sphere.

During her Cowboy Carter tour, Beyonce? featured a backing video of her picking up the Las Vegas Sphere. This got people talking, as they will. Speculation began that perhaps she was going to finish her tour there. However, despite what people hoped, that was not the case. Big as she is, she's not been invited to play there yet.
The Sphere Company which owns the building, didn't like her use of their property in her backing visuals, and sent Beyonce? a cease and desist. "SEG, however, was never asked, and the prominent appearance and manipulation of SEG's Sphere™ venue in the video is unauthorized," they wrote to her managers.
"SEG demands that the tour cease and desist from using the Sphere™ venue in the video immediately. Refrain from using this imagery on any merchandise, promotional or marketing materials, or in tour movies, etc. Should you fail to do so, SEG reserves all rights to take further action, as SEG deems appropriate, without notice to you."
You would think that any advertising would be good advertising. But, it seems the location isn't interested in whatever kind of promotion Beyonce? can give.
Cowboy Carter Tour Will Finish With Beyonce? At Allegiant Stadium
Despite the rumors, Beyonce?'s Cowboy Carter tour will end at the Allegiant Stadium in Nevada. The Beyonce? production team has replaced the images of The Sphere with the final stadium after their cease and desist.
Whether she was trying to suggest a final show at the incredible Sphere location, or she was just using it as a prop is anyone's guess. Either way, the cease and desist from The Sphere company doesn't bode well for Beyonce? getting a show there in the future. Her falling ticked sales probably wouldn't be able to fill it either.
She needn't worry. By the end of this cash grab tour, she should be rich enough to buy a Sphere of her own.
