I've never given any thought to what sort of music Donald Trump might enjoy. I suppose I've always reckoned he's one of those "don't really listen to music" types. Well, we now know one country artist he's a fan of, and I don't know what to think.

Out of nowhere, and I mean nowhere, the ol' POTUS posted to Truth Social of all social medias to announce resounding support for a dividing figure in country music.
Warren Zeiders.
Country sensation Warren Zeiders, who only has big fans and bigger haters, is going on a tour of sorts in May, and has been performing recently. He made headlines last week for the way he dealt with a fan who flipped him off.
Although his fans praise him for dealing with the disrespectful fan, others think he overreacted big time. I guess it only makes sense for the controversial president to endorse a controversial country star.
Writing to Truth Social, Trump wrote, "Warren Zeiders is FANTASTIC. Go to his concerts, and ENJOY! DJT."
Okay...? Thank you, Mr. President.
Donald Trump Inexplicably Promotes Warren Zeiders
It's a bit of a strange one, with Trumpy promoting Zeiders of all artists. I mean, Zeiders is objectively a good artist, but he is like Marmite. People either really love his music, or they resent his sound and style.
Whiskeyriff threw out there that his account may have been hacked — that's how strange this endorsement is.
Zeiders has promoted Trump before, but not recently. And his music style is not something I can imagine the president jamming out to at all. I mean, this is the same guy who blares "YMCA" and dances as though he's only ever had the term 'dance' explained to him to afar.
Donald Trump's political X page shared an image of his post on Truth Social, and people took the chance to share their thoughts.
"Yeah like I'm gonna take a music recommendation from someone who thinks YMCA is a cool song," scathed one.
"Well, I mean, he's NOT wrong," beamed another. Many shared their support of the endorsement.
I mean if I were president, I'd probably take the opportunity to shout out my favorite artist, too. But Warren Zeiders? You think you know a guy...
