On Monday, December 9, former Voice coach Kelly Clarkson will return to the show to perform "You for Christmas." Meanwhile, Season 25 coaches Dan + Shay are coming back to sing "Take Me Home for Christmas" and "Pick Out a Christmas Tree." Both songs feature on their album Take Me Home for Christmas" and "Pick Out a Christmas Tree" from their holiday album It's Officially Christmas: The Double Album.
It's not just coaches either. The Voice finale is bringing back Season 25 winner Asher HaVon. Asher will sing "Thank you." Meanwhile, Season 24 winner Huntley will perform "Skyline Drive." Other guests include Myles Smith singing "Stargazing" and Riley Green and Ella Langley singing "Don't Mind If I Do."
'The Voice' Finale
Meanwhile, coach Michael Bublé and playoff advisor Carly Pearce will sing the holiday song "Maybe This Christmas." Bublé, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, and Reba McEntire will also perform duets with their finalists.
However, you won't see one finalist returning for the evening or any time soon. Ariana Grande won't be returning to the show anytime soon. The star said that she isn't interested in returning to the show because she gets too attached to the contestants.
It was rough on her saying goodbye to singers as the show continued along. She said, "I got so emotionally attached to everyone, that's my problem."
"I love everyone so much, I love meeting people, and I felt so invested," she said.
In fact, she said that she still keeps up with her former contestants on social media. Though they don't stay in touch, she does check in digitally with them.
"I've been really busy. I haven't really been in touch with anyone," she said. "But I love them, I see them on Instagram, I like their posts, I see their things, I see what they're up to," she explains. It's clear she desires more interaction with them all, but can currently only spectate their lives.
