TikTok star Anna Grace Phelan has sadly died after battling brain cancer. The 19-year-old has documented her continued battle with cancer on TikTok and social media.

Sadly, she lost her battle with cancer. On Saturday, her family confirmed on her TikTok that Phelan had passed away.
"It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ," the message wrote.
"So many of you have followed her journey through a difficult battle with cancer and bore witness to her powerful testimony of faith," the statement continued.
"Thank you for the countless thousands of prayers for healing and peace," it also read. "May we all rejoice with the assurance that she is in Heaven now, and she has been healed."
Anna Grace Phelan Dies
According to Phelan's obituary, she had just graduated from high school last year and was working as a receptionist.
Her obituary read, "Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson, Georgia, announces the death of Miss Anna Grace Phelan, age 19, of Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. Miss Phelan was born on October 12, 2005, in Orlando, Florida, the daughter of William Harper Phelan III and Nadine Elizabeth Turner Phelan of Jefferson. Miss Phelan graduated from Jefferson High School in 2024 and worked as a receptionist at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology. Anna was a member of the Galilee Christian Church, where she enjoyed Church Camp, Northeast Georgia Camp, and other activities within the youth group and at Church."
Phelan had been battling brain cancer since last fall. Her diagnosis came after she graduated from high school. She was prepared to start college. The TikToker explained that she started experiencing numbness on her face and leg.
"I started losing my balance," she said. "I started having vision problems in my left eye, my numbness in my face and on my leg is still here. My speech started to seem weird. My head's very foggy."
In one of her final videos shared May 14, Phelan said, "Things haven't been good. My tumor grew, and it's in the area where I can't breathe. It can't be operated. So, I just wanted to say thank you for all the prayers. It would take a miracle, but I'm not giving up yet. If you keep praying for me, I think that I'll make it."
