Tyler Fischer's Impersonation Of Trump Is Hilarious And Spot On

I hope to have as half as much energy on any given workday as comedian Tyler Fischer did during his latest comedy special. The rising star comedian delivers the goods on "No Pardon Needed with Tyler Fischer," a comedy special airing on Fox Nation.

The special coincides with Inauguration Day and features Fischer's gift of the gab take on a variety of politicians and political issues. Comedy-wise, Fischer feels a bit like the love child of Jeff Foxworthy and Dana Carvey. His mustache will bring comparisons to the former, but his impressions feel very much like Carvey at the height of his SNL career.

Fischer is very gifted at mimicking our country's leaders. But in particular, he does a spot-on Trump impression, lampooning the president and his penchant for over-exaggeration. Fischer kicks off his show with a solid Trump impression, hyping up the number of audience members. "Millions, millions in this room. There's a billion waiting out in the parking lot, they said," Fischer deadpans as Trump.

Tyler Fischer A Man Of Many Impressions

The number of rally members has been a point of contention between the president and his rivals. The latter have accused Trump of artificially inflating those numbers. Fischer does take Trump to task for his tendency to exaggerate and overinflate certain things.

One memorable moment sees the comedian and impressionist highlight Trump's ability to think on the fly and makeup stories about whatever city he's in. To demonstrate this ability, Fischer says, "He comes to Austin Texas, 'Here we are, Austin. We love, Austin. Austin is a great guy. We love him. I think he's out there right now. Let's bring him up.'" Cue a reaction of Fischer pretending to be a crowd member like WTF.

The comedian's segment is full of moments like these where Fischer is playing off himself. It's very much like he's doing a one-man show at times. Fischer didn't need a comedy troupe, he's his own. The comedian fires shots at some of Trump's political rivals like Joe Biden or Kamala Harris as well throughout the show. It's all tongue-in-cheek fun across the board.

But he returns to Trump in a roundabout way, pointing out that one of Trump's biggest strengths is his comedy. He can take down his political rivals with just a few words. When it comes to comedy, that's something that Trump and Fischer share. If you're interested in checking out the special, head over to Fox Nation. Or check out a clip of Fischer as Trump here.
