When Theo Von crashed Diego Pavia's interview on the show Night Cap over the weekend, fans couldn't help but notice who he was with.

The comedian and podcast host was standing next to Pava's mom, Antoinette, leading viewers to believe that Von may have gotten that date he wanted with her last month.

Diego Pavia Promised Theo Von a Date
As we reported last month, Pavia reportedly told Von that if Vanderbilt beat South Carolina on September 13, then he could take his mom out on a date.
The Commodores beat the Gamecocks, 31-7. That meant Von would get to squire Antoinette. But there was a catch, which the QB shared on X:
"what theo von forgot is, I said it was a deal if and only if he told tate mcrae to lemme take her on A1 date in Nashville twitter make it happen"
Did Pavia Get That Date With Tate McRae?
We don't think so. But it looks like Pavia held up his end of the bargain. During the QB's segment with hosts Shannon Sharpe and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, he showed Von with his mom.
Von didn't talk about the date. Rather, he spoke about the Commodore's success.
"They got more recruits here now," said Von. "When I first came, the first game they had probably 6 recruits on the sidelines. They had one dude in a wheelchair, he was a recruit. I'm like, 'What is he going to do?' But they said, 'We might need him.' I said, 'The Lord needs him. Just give him some rest.' But today they had like 150 recruits, man, it's wild. It's different."

However, in an interview earlier this year, Von said he's not looking for anything romantic with Antoinette.
"I've always wanted to marry a nurse," he said. "I'd only be friends, I don't want to be his [Pavia's] stepdad or anything.'"
Fans can dream, but it looks like Von might just be a family friend for now.
