Vince McMahon Involved In Nasty Car Crash In Connecticut

Vince McMahon was involved in a brutal car crash last week.

He was driving near Westport last Thursday when he suddenly hit a BMW and then a median guardrail per TMZ.

However, it apparently did not stop there. A third vehicle got involved in the collision due to the debris. A Ford Fusion, to be exact.

Vince McMahon-ning the wheel?

I'll just start by saying that I'm unsure how fast you need to be driving to create enough debris to involve a third car in an accident. But it feels like it's very fast. Very, very fast.

So who knows why one of the most famous faces in WWE was driving so fast? Maybe he was auditioning for the next Fast and Furious movie? Maybe he was late for a WrestleMania viewing. Either way, the man was driving too fast.

Thankfully, no major injuries were discovered. And Vince McMahon was able to walk away with a reckless driving charge. Only a misdemeanor (which is something he isn't exactly unfamiliar with).

All the vehicles involved in the crash appear to have varying amounts of extensive damage. McMahon's Bentley, in particular, looks like it got a little banged up. (Although with the amount of money that man has, he simply can't be stressed about the damages.)

Almost Two On The Same Day?!

That sub-header is not referencing what you think.

The crash happened on the same day that Hulk Hogan tragically passed at the age of 71. Imagine if we had lost two wrestling greats on the same day? Both to sudden, tragic accidents? Personally, I'm not sure I would have ever recovered.

Luckily, Vince McMahon was fine. More than fine, in fact, since he posted about the loss of Hulk Hogan later that very same day.

And let me just say, it says a whole lot about Hogan's impact that Vince McMahon felt the need to talk about his loss after being involved in a car accident.

Vince wrote, "He was a trailblazer, the first performer who transitioned from being a wrestling star into a global phenomenon." And apparently Vince knows a little something about trailblazing. I guess he likes to blaze trails down the paved streets.

I'm glad Mr. McMahon is ok, and no one else was seriously injured in the crash. TMZ has also reported that he will appear in court sometime in August.
