Wife of Jason Aldean Opens up About the Latest Addition to the Family

Brittany, the wife of Jason Aldean, shared pictures on Instagram Stories of Betty, the newest member of the family.

Brittany, the wife of Jason Aldean, introduced fans to the newest member of the family, Betty.

As you'd expect with any new arrival, Betty has plenty of pink skin. She's also a big gal and is probably a little hairier than most. Betty doesn't say much, just an occasional 'oink' every now and again.

If you haven't figured it out by now, yes, Betty is a pig.

"I'm Officially a Pig Mom"

Betty was introduced to the world grazing on the grass of the Aldeans' 150-acre Nashville mansion on Brittany's Instagram Stories. She took a selfie with her four-legged friend and proudly declared, "I'm officially a pig mom."

However, the Aldean family apparently was not ready for Betty's arrival. Brittany explained in another picture that, for now, Betty's room will be outdoors in a fenced-in area on the grounds, complete with a custom placard. It's a temporary fix until the family can "build her a piggy Taj Mahal."

That Girl Can Eat

When it comes to food, Betty certainly won't eat the Aldean family out of house and home. Brittany prepared a bowl of sliced squash and carrots for the big pig, writing that she's "getting that diet on track."

It looks like Betty is already a beloved member of the Aldean family. There's no doubt she'll become a staple on Brittany's socials, especially while Jason is away on tour—bringing in the real bacon from his music career. (Sorry, but we couldn't resist another pig joke.)

What Does Jason Aldean Think of Betty?

There is no word of Jason's thoughts on his family's latest addition. Considering how much fun he has with his other kids, Betty is in for some good times with her new human dad.

For example, we reported back in July that Memphis, the son of Jason and Brittany, spent the night in the emergency room because of a broken collarbone. Memphis ended up being fine, proving to the world he was just as rugged as his dad.

Jason then gave Memphis some ideas of what to tell his friends when they saw his sling.

"Tell them you were wrestling alligators," said Aldean.

Memphis knew none of his friends would believe that story, but then he started thinking about how many of the big-toothed lizards he could take on.

Of course, it's too late for Memphis to say he was wrestling a pig.
