Wild Moment Cow Escapes Livestock Auction By Destroying Roof

What an absolute cow-tastrophe! (Haha, see what I did there?) This cow wanted nothing to do with an Arkansas auction. So, naturally, it tried to make a break for it. It didn't make it very far as it launched itself into the bleachers. Then, it backed itself into a corner and smashed up some of the roof. Gotta love livestock. Come with me on this rodeo of a story as I discuss more.

Celebrity Cow?

Thanks to a video from FOX Weather, we can see the whole scene play out. The video genuinely looks like it's out of an Adam Sandler comedy movie. There was way more mayhem than anyone was prepared for. Clearly.

The cow starts off by practically throwing itself up the bleachers. (Obviously, these animals aren't the most graceful of beasts.)

As it moved up the stands, the audience sprinted down to the lower levels of the indoor auction house. Because who in their right mind wants to just hang out when they could get stampeded by a runaway cow?

Some people were a little more successful than others in escaping. Especially once the cow started knocking down ceiling tiles.

Some rather hilarious commentary is incorporated as the mad dash ensues. The commentary courtesy of an Ashley Buffer. She was shouting things like, "Oh, Johnny. Oh Johnny. Johnny's going the wrong way." That was a line directed at a man who had somehow trapped himself on the cow's elevation.

She can also be heard saying, "Get out of there - get out of there, Leon! Get down from there." As I'm sure Leon would have much rather stayed with the cow.

Quite The Cattle Problem?

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that cows have gotten loose on their farmers. It's actually a much larger problem than I certainly realized.

Back in February, a cow went for an evening walk on a Florida interstate. (Which, to be fair, is such a Florida piece of news.) It actually ended up taking much more than one officer to take the cow down. A show put on for a live audience that was absolutely rooting for the cow.

Another cow was found terrorizing college students on campus in Pennsylvania. The college police had to call in the real deal for backup as they were clearly in over their heads.

To me, all this says that maybe we should stop messing with giant bovine creatures. But hey, what do I know?
