In late May, the wrestling star posted a selfie to her Instagram page. When it was originally posted, the caption read, "m diagnosed with breast cancer." The incomplete message was followed by a bunch of hashtags.

The out-of-place and unfinished message immediately sparked concern. People immediately speculated that the message was supposed to start with 'I am,' 'mom,' or possibly a name that ends in 'm.'

A fan account brought the strange caption to the attention of her fans with a post on X. Most took the caption as an admittance that she has breast cancer.

Many fans speculated that the WWE star was hacked, and these suggestions turned into rumors, which then turned into acceptance. Soon, many people started to believe the wrestler got hacked.

Her fans took to the comment sections to offer their support in case Fallon Henley really did have cancer. She was quick to replace the caption and make a statement about it, however.

Fallon Henley Settles Cancer Rumors

Thankfully, less than an hour later, Fallen Henley made a post to X to clarify what happened. She explained that the strange message was accidentally sent. It was originally part of a private conversation. It must have gotten caught in the crossfire when copying and pasting the hashtags.

"Hey ya'll I'm so sorry," she started. "I appreciate the concern but that comment was not about me and was a technical error carrying over copy from a personal conversation. I am thankful for the compassion towards the situation but please know that I am 100% healthy and competition ready."

So it's likely that Fallon Henley still knows someone who was diagnosed with breast cancer, which is still quite devastating. But the NXT Battleground wrestler is still in fighting form.

Fans flooded the comments with relief and support.

"Glad ur healthy Fallon. Get back out there and kick some ass," one wrote.

"Happy to hear you're okay!! we love you," supported one more.
