Wynonna Judd's Daughter Makes Explosive Allegations About Her and Former Stepfather: "I Never Had a Voice"

Grace Kelley, the daughter of singing star Wynonna Judd, is making some bombshell allegations about her famous mother and former stepfather. Kelley, 29, said per Taste of Country via The Daily Progress, that D. R. Roach, who was married to Judd from 2003 to 2007, allegedly "sexually abused her when she was just 10 years old." Kelley also alleges that Judd supposedly "was never a mother."

There Was Reportedly Turmoil in the Family Years Ago

Per the outlet, "Judd filed for divorce days after [Roach's] September 2007 arrest on charges of sexual battery of a minor — but Kelley says the truth had come out earlier, during family counseling."

Kelley shared, "When they determined in counseling what he had done to me, they're like, 'Wait a minute. We're going to report this to law enforcement.'" Per People, she said, "When he was arrested and it came out in the news, that's when [Judd] divorced him." The outlet notes that Roach "is currently listed as an active offender against children in the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry."

Kelley Claims That Judd "Was Able To Sweep Me Under the Rug"

Kelley, the daughter of Judd and her first husband, Arch Kelley III, also mentioned this. "So is my mom rich? Yeah, she's so rich that she was able to sweep me under the rug and abuse me and then cover it all up. I don't want to talk bad about my mom, but we'll just say she's a good performer. She was never a mother."

As to why she is coming out with this now, she said that it's her time. "I never had a voice, and I was iffy about talking about all this stuff, but no matter what is said about me, the Bible says the truth will set you free."

Her Life Has Been Troubled

Per The Daily Progress, Kelley was arrested on three occasions last year. She also reportedly spent a month and a half in jail. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, has given up alcohol, and turned to religious faith. Kelley is supposedly penning a memoir and has a young daughter whom Judd is raising.

Kelley explained, "My story is so messed up. Between 12 and 17, I was in 14 different facilities."

Judd Commented When She Divorced Roach in 2007

Back then, per People, the star reportedly said this. "Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation."

Judd also talked about Roach three years later, to Oprah Winfrey, in 2010. Per People, she said, "He was out of the house within the hour. I called him everything I could think of...I trusted him with my life, and I didn't want to stop trusting [people]. Because of the child, I won't speak about it. It's their story [to tell] when they're ready to talk. That's what's so scary, is that it is someone that you know. There's a trust there. There's a bond... The best revenge is living well. I cleaned out my house, got rid of everything that reminded me of him."

Judd spoke about allegedly being sexually abused herself in a documentary that aired this year. It was called The Judd Family: Truth Be Told. "I was molested at 12, so my whole sexuality thing was really stamped out because I just, at 12, shut down. I carried the weight, both literally and figuratively."
