The host of the Dumb Blonde podcast, whose real name is Alyssa DeFord, has been sharing snapshots of her trip on social media. Jelly Roll is performing with Post Malone for several European dates on his Big A— Stadium Tour, and his wife is along for the ride.

However, one recent clip had her fans asking some questions.

In the video, the couple is dancing, singing karaoke, and having the time of their lives. Throughout the video, DeFord holds what appears to be a wine bottle in her hand. The caption reads, "Ya girl drank. When in Rome."

Their concern was understandable: DeFord has openly discussed her sobriety journey on her podcast. So when the scrutiny began, she quickly put it to rest.

Bunnie Xo Has Been Through Some Dark Times

Both Jelly Roll and his wife have faced plenty of challenges together. Despite Jelly Roll's past legal troubles, he found an outlet in music. In 2020, DeFord said her husband was working to become "soberish," meaning he would generally avoid drinking but would make exceptions for special occasions.

DeFord has struggled with addiction, but stopped using pills and cocaine in 2017 and alcohol in 2018. She eventually found her means of expression through her podcast. On it, she candidly discusses her life journey while hosting guests ranging from country singers to reality TV stars.

In a TikTok she shared earlier this year, DeFord reflected on her lowest moment. In 2020, she was battling suicidal thoughts. She said she wasn't sure she would make it to the next year, and credited her dog with helping her through a difficult time.

Bunnie Xo Said She's Okay

As the questions about her sobriety piled up online, DeFord pinned a comment to the top of her post explaining the bottle in her hand.

"Before anyone can say another 'I thought you were sober' comment," she wrote. "Yes I'm sober, I stopped drinking in 2018 bc my mental health couldn't handle the hangovers the next day. But if I want to let my hair down w/ my husband and have a drink in Rome - I will. BEST NIGHT EVERRRRRRR."

With that, she seemed to put the speculation to rest. As she said, when in Rome.
