'Yellowstone' Regular Returning For Rip & Beth Spinoff

We have another confirmed Yellowstone regular slated to join Rip and Beth for their unnamed and highly anticipated spin-off. And honestly, it's likely someone you'd assumed would be joining the series, anyway.

Deadline reported that Finn Little has reprised his role as Carter, per their sources. Carter became a regular character after his introduction in season 4, where he folded in with Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler.

After the conclusion of Yellowstone, it looks like Carter will be carting off with the fan-favorite couple to new horizons. It was likely expected by fans that Carter would be joining them in their new spin-off. But at least we now have confirmation.

Paramount+ declined to make a comment on the matter. So it seems that they are not ready to officially divulge more news about the spin-off.

Since being rumored and reported in December, the unnamed Rip & Beth spin-off has attracted a lot of buzz from fans.

Carter has become like a son to Rip and Beth, despite Beth's lack of interest in becoming a mother after her forced sterilization. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see what happens to the small family since the selling of Dutton Ranch.

Rip & Beth Spin-Off To Air In November This Year

We are drawing ever-closer to being able to watch the new series, which is slated to share the most similarities to Yellowstone. It is one of two spin-offs, however, that are set after the original series.

Alongside seeing what Rip & Beth get up to, we can look forward to Y: Marshalls. It's a spin-off only recently announced that will follow Keyce Dutton as he becomes an elite U.S. Marshall.

Although this is quite the departure from Yellowstone, and despite the RIp & Beth spin-off having ranching at the core of its story, I do believe Y: Marshalls is the spiritual successor here.

With Kayce Dutton being the one who sold the ranch, he has been placed as the 'next Dutton' of sorts. And I do reckon the 'Y' in Y: Marshalls stands for "Yellowstone," making it the only spin-off so far that directly references the original series.

Either way, I'm excited for both of them. At least we don't have long to wait anymore to watch our favorite couple again.
